1. Digital and Coaching Services
All coaching packages and digital services are non-refundable once the service has begun or materials have been delivered, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
- The coaching session has not yet been delivered or scheduled.
- You request the refund within 7 days of purchase and no services have been rendered.
- There is a clear error in billing or duplicate payment.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@usa4k.life with your name, email, order number, and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.
4. Partial Refunds or Credit
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or credit toward future sessions at our discretion.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to terminate your access to future services and take further action to recover lost funds.
